This is apure individual contributor role — influence comes through technical depth, clarity, and leadershiprather than positional authority. TEAM DYNAMICS:• You’ll be embedded within Herbalife’s distributed Digital Technology organization, workinghands-on across teams spanning the US, Guadalajara, and Bangalore during a multi-yearplatform transformation. The environment is collaborative and code-first: you’ll pair withengineers daily, partner closely with product, security, and enterprise architecture, and workdirectly with the Sr. Director of Engineering and Distinguished Engineer to bring modernengineering practices to a team that is eager to level up. Comfort working across time zonesand cultures is crucial.
