About the role:

As a Digital Content & AI Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping Herbalife's digital presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day content and marketing activities while contributing to the evolution of our local content, social media, AI, and GEO strategy. Your focus will be on developing engaging content, executing digital campaigns, leveraging modern AI technologies, and strengthening Herbalife's visibility in an increasingly AI-driven digital landscape.

You will create and localize marketing assets, support social media growth, manage website content, and leverage emerging technologies to improve creativity, speed, and effectiveness.

A key focus area of this role is the use of Artificial Intelligence in marketing and the application of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to help ensure Herbalife remains visible, discoverable, and relevant across AI-powered search and answer environments. The underlying role already includes content creation, social media management, website support, and AI-assisted marketing activities.

In This Role, You Will:

• Create and localize digital and print marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
• Plan, develop, and execute local marketing campaigns across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns with a strong focus on Instagram, Reels, Stories, short-form video, and emerging content formats.
• Create trend-driven and audience-relevant content designed to increase reach, engagement, and brand relevance.
• Support video production and content planning across digital channels.
• Utilize modern AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, campaign development, image generation, content adaptation, translation optimization, and creative marketing initiatives.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to efficiently create high-quality marketing content.
• Develop AI-powered campaign concepts and innovative communication approaches.
• Support the development of the local content, social media, AI, and GEO strategy across the DACH region.
• Maintain and update websites (e.g., myherbalife.de, myherbalife.at, myherbalife.ch) using CMS platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital channels.
• Produce newsletters, sales materials, and local marketing collateral.
• Coordinate testimonials, event coverage, and community-driven content initiatives.
• Collaborate with agencies, designers, translators, and other external partners.
• Participate in internal and external events.

 

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO):

• Support Herbalife's visibility within AI-powered search and answer platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and future AI-driven discovery environments.
• Optimize websites, FAQs, articles, social content, and digital assets according to GEO principles.
• Monitor developments in AI Search, GEO, and emerging content discovery trends.
• Identify opportunities to position Herbalife as a trusted and relevant source within AI-powered ecosystems.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize local content for modern search and AI environments.

 

What We're Looking For:

• Initial professional experience in marketing, content marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience with Canva, social media, content creation, video content, and CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of evolving social media platforms and digital content formats.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Experience with prompt engineering and the practical application of generative AI in marketing.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital innovation, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Knowledge of, or strong interest in, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI Search, and future content discovery trends.
• Creative mindset combined with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Fluent written and spoken German.
• Very good command of English, min. C1 level.
• Proactive, self-driven, collaborative working style.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and digital trends.
