CRM Senior Representative with Ukrainian (Fixed term contract)Korolenkivska St, 4 Block B, BC Gradient Kyiv 01033 UkraineAbout the role:As a CRM Senior Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key Members in the Ukrainian market while acting as a liaison between the company, Members, and Global Business Services (GBS) teams. You will support business growth through exceptional Member service, project coordination, event support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Members, ensuring timely and effective support across all communication channels.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Ukrainian market and GBS teams, supporting projects, initiatives, and operational activities.
• Support market growth through Member engagement, feedback collection, event coordination, and business development initiatives.
• Resolve escalations and operational challenges while delivering an outstanding Member experience.
• Participate in project rollouts, promotion testing, Member communications, and process improvement initiatives.

Our Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian both spoken and written.
• English langauge is an advatage. 
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Contact Center, Sales Support, or a related area.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in handling escalations, resolving complex issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a changing environment.
• Experience in coaching, educating, or positively influencing customers or business partners is an advantage.
