Über den Bereich
Für den Produktionsbereich "Ground Base Systems" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teamleite für den Bereich Inbetriebnahme und Serviece (w/m/d) am Standort Oberkochen.
Der Bereich "Ground Base Systems" fertigt opto-elektronische Geräte und Systeme für Landfahrzeuge und stationäre Anlagen sowie für Security Solutions Anwendungen. Diese Systeme dienen der Aufklärung und dem Schutz von Grenzen, Objekten und Personen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Fertigungsbereichs
- Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter, auch im Hinblick auf zukünftige Anforderungen
- Operative Organisation des gesamten Fertigungsbereichs sowie langfristige strategische Planung der Ausrichtung des Beriechs
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung des Produktionsprogrammes unter Berücksichtigung der Kenngrößen Qualität, Quantität, Termin und Wirtschaftlichkeit in teamübergreifender Abstimmung mit diversen Schnittstellenbereichen (Geschäftsfeld, Entwicklung, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement)
- Unterstützung und Koordination von Serviece-Einsätzen und der Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden
- Steuerung von Instandsetzungsarbeiten und Mitgestaltung bei der Konzeption einer vorausschauenden Instandhaltung
- Bei kurzfristigen Abweichungen und Störungen Anpassungen vornehmen und umdisponieren
- Mitwirken bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von methoden und Systemen im Fertigungsbereich sowie eines aktiven kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage und Qualifizierung sowie der Gestaltung optronischer Geräte, bevorzugt im Bereich Militärtechnik
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung von Projekten in der Fertigung sowie in der Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und Lean-Prinzipien
- Kenntnisse in Feinmechanik, Optik und Elektronik sowie optischer und mechanischer Messverfahren
- Erfahrung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Verpesserungsprozessen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der modernen ERP- und Produktionssystemen (SAP)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Team und Mensch
- Ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Integrations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkennnisse
