Über den Bereich
Der Bereich "HC Operational Solutions" unterstützt die Betreuung aller aktuellen und zukünftigen Hubschrauber der Bundeswehr in den Bereichen Avionik, Ausrüstung und Missionssysteme über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Projektassistenz mit Schwerpunkt kfm. Tätigkeiten Einkauf und Beschaffung
- Mitarbeit bei projektvorbereitenden, vertrieblichen Tätigkeiten in der BU
- Monitoring und Steuerung von Leistungen und Terminen, Erstellung und Verwaltung der Projektdokumentation, Führen von Projekttools
- Unterstützung Projektleiter und des Vertriebs der BU
- Betreuungsaufgaben für Leitung & Abteilung aus der BU (z.B. Besucherbetreuung)
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Präsentationen, Unterlagen und Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten
- Vertretung der Sub-BU-Assistenz bei Abwesenheit und in geringem Umfang Unterstützung bei der Büroorganisation, dazu zählt: Terminplanung und -überwachung, Besucherbetreuung und Vorbereitung von Besprechungen.
Ihr Profil
- einschlägige mind. 3-jährige kfm. Ausbildung mit Abschluss
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (z.B. Outlook, MS Powerpoint, MS Word und MS Excel)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse Wort und Schrift
- Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
- Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
- Organisationstalent
- Bereitschaft sich neue Themen anzueignen
- Durchsetzungsstärke bei der Nachverfolgung von Beschaffungs-/Reklamations-/Instandsetzungsvorgängen
- Kreativität
- Gute Analyse- und Gestaltungsfähigkeit zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
- Kostenbewusstes Handeln
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten
- Dienstleistungsorientierung (intern, extern)
