Für den Bereich „Industrial Engineering“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "System Administrator Operational Technology (w/m/d)" für den Standort in Ulm.
Das Team, bestehend aus ca. 10 Mitarbeitern innerhalb der Abteilung "Industrial Engineering", konzipiert, entwickelt und integriert Lösungen für die Digitalisierung innerhalb der Produktion. Teil der Integrationsarbeiten sind die Bestellung, Konfiguration und Wartung von produktionsnahen IM Systemen (Virtualisierungslösungen, Netzwerke, Physische Server) in Zusammenarbeit mit der konzerneigenen IM. Im Falle von Störungen wird zusammen mit der IT an schnellen und nachhaltigen Problemlösungen gearbeitet, um eine langfristige Stabilisierung der Produktion zu erreichen bzw aufrecht zu erhalten. Neben dem Standort Ulm soll bei Bedarf auch der Standort LAICHINGEN mit versorgt werden.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Konfiguration, Installation, Wartung, und die Behebung von Systemstörungen im OT Umfeld
- Kontrolle und Aktualisierung der Sicherheit des Netzes
- Hard- und Software Installation
- Anschluss neuer Endgeräte an das Netz
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring-, Logging- und Alerting-Lösungen
- Automatisierung von Deployments, System-Tasks und Build-Pipelines
- Technischer Support bei komplexen Systemfragen
- Beteiligung an Zukunftsthemen wie KI-gestützten Monitoring- und Automatisierungskonzepten sowie deren Integration
- Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und IM
- Übersetzen von operativen Anforderungen and die IM
- Abstimmungen mit der konzerneigenen IM
Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen wird vorausgesetzt.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker (w/m/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (w/m/d)) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows- und Linux-Servern
- Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnologien (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Switche)
- Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien (Proxmox, Hyper-V)
- Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denken
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von PowerShell- und Batch-Skripten
- Freude an der Teamarbeit sowie am Finden innovativer Lösungen
- Eine Hands-On Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2)
