Für den Bereich "Ground und Naval Software" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Softwarearchitekt Embedded Echtzeitsoftware (w/m/d)" am Standort Oberkochen, Einsatzort Aalen.
Im Bereich entwickeln wir innovative Softwarelösungen für HENSOLDT Sichtsysteme in militärischen Fahrzeugen. Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen auf zukunftsweisenden Softwarearchitekturen für Echtzeitanwendungen und der Integration vernetzter Systeme in komplexe, sicherheitskritische Umgebungen.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Konzeption, Definition und strategische Weiterentwicklung einer querschnittlichen Softwareplattform und der zugehörigen Entwicklungsvorgehensweise
- Fachliche Führung hardwarenaher objektorientierter Softwareentwicklung mit UML und C++ für QNX, FreeRTOS und Linux sowie Vernetzung von Baugruppen und Sichtsystemen (Ethernet, Feldbusse)
- Absicherung der Softwarequalität durch DevOps-Pipelines und Verifikationen im Sichtsystem
- Agile Arbeitsplanung im Entwicklungsteam, Steuerung externer Entwicklungspartner sowie Unterstützung bei Roadmaps, Angeboten und Workload-Planungen
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Technischen Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung als Softwarearchitekt (m/w/d) im Embedded-Umfeld inklusive sicherem Umgang mit Anforderungsmanagement und der Modellierung in UML
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der objektorientierten C++ (idealerweise 17/20/23) Entwicklung für Echtzeitsysteme (Signal-/Datenerfassung, Event- und Ablaufsteuerungen) sowie im Socket- und Middleware-Programming (TCP/IP, DDS oder MQTT, CANopen)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit CI/CD (Bamboo, Git), Unit-Testing (gtest), Containerisierung (z. B. Docker) sowie mit Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC Plattformen, XML und JSON
- Fundierte Praxis im agilen Projektmanagement, eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
