Sie möchten an technologisch anspruchsvollen Lösungen mitwirken, die einen direkten Beitrag zur Einsatzfähigkeit moderner Streitkräfte leisten? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams und übernehmen Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Integration taktischer Wetterdatenerfassungssysteme im militärischen Umfeld. In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantworten Sie eigenständig Arbeitspakete innerhalb komplexer Systemprojekte und koordinieren internationale Lieferanten sowie technische Schnittstellen. Ihr Fokus liegt auf Systemlösungen zur meteorologischen Datenerfassung mittels Aufstiegssonden und Dropsonden einschließlich der Verantwortung und Optimierung von Absetzpunktberechnungen für operationelle Einsätze.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für definierte Arbeitspakete innerhalb nationaler und internationaler Entwicklungsprojekte
- Technische Systemverantwortung für Lösungen zur taktischen Wetterdatenerfassung
- Integration und Weiterentwicklung von Aufstiegssonden, Dropsonden, Missions- und Auswertekomponenten und Absetzpunktberechnungen und Einsatzlogiken
- Analyse operativer Anforderungen sowie Ableitung technischer Systemanforderungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Systemarchitekturen, Spezifikationen und Schnittstellendokumentationen
- Steuerung und technische Abstimmung internationaler Lieferanten und Entwicklungspartner
- Begleitung von Integrations-, Verifikations- und Abnahmetests
- Systemverantwortung bei Systemdemonstrationen, Erprobungen und Kundenworkshops
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung, Hardwareentwicklung, Versuch, Projektmanagement und militärischen Anwender
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung bzw. Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister oder abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Ingenieurwesen)
- Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (z.B. MS Powerpoint und MS Excel)
- Erfahrungen im Umfeld Requirements Engineering - Kenntnisse über gängige Werkzeuge (z.B. DOORS, JIRA, IBM RQM), Problem Management-Werkzeuge)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Gute Englischkenntnisse Wort und Schrift
- Analytisch-konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft sich neue Themen anzueignen und Fähigkeit zum Durchdringen komplexer Sachverhalte
- Selbstorganisation, Prioritäten zu setzen und Fundierte Kenntnisse in System-Engineering
- Prozessmanagement, Präsentation und Präsentationserstellung
- Organisationstalent und Projektleitungserfahrung (V-Modell)
