Für den Bereich "Finance & Controlling Eurofighter Radar" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Finance Business Partner Eurofighter Radar (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm.
Der Bereich "Finance & Controlling Eurofighter Radar" unterstützt die Programmabteilungen in allen wirtschaftlichen Fragen und Angelegenheiten von der Geschäftsanbahnung bis zum Projektabschluss.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Vollumfängliche Kaufmännische Betreuung (Commercial, Finance & Controlling) von komplexen Projekten und Angeboten im internationalen Umfeld
- Verhandlung und Umsetzung von Angeboten und Verträgen mit Kunden und Vertragspartnern
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Planungen (Operative Planung, Forecasts, Szenarien, Auslastungsplanung) sowie Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Verantwortlich für die kaufmännische Projektplanung und -abwicklung, inklusive Cost-to-Completion /EAC-Analysen, Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche, Erstellung von Szenarienbetrachtungen
- Erarbeiten von Vorschlägen und Einleiten von Maßnahmen zur Sicherung der geplanten Projektergebnisse und des Cash-Flows, inkl. Claim-, Chancen- und Risikomanagement.
- Proaktives Antizipieren möglicher Abweichungen und Mitarbeit bei der Ausarbeitung zielführender Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Projektziele
- Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen (inkl. Targetcosting, Targetpricing, R&Os), sowie Erstellung des kaufmännischen Teils der Angebote. Vertretung kommerzieller Belange innerhalb des Bid-Teams zusammen mit Fachabteilungen.
- Sicherstellung der bilanziellen Ordnungsmäßigkeit im Hinblick auf HGB, IFRS und Preisprüfungs- / Wirtschaftsprüfungsbelange.
- Management der Schnittstelle zu internen Stakeholdern (z.B. Projektleitung, Legal, PMO, Bid- und C&W-Management, Fertigung, Einkauf) sowie externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Konsortialpartner) für eigene Angebote und Projekte
- Ausarbeitung von Berichten, sowie C&W Management
- Verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung und Steuerung der operativen und strategischen Planungsprozesse sowie der operativen Ziele (Auftragseingang, Umsatz, Margin, Cash, TWC) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, MBA Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der finanziellen und kaufmännischen Abwicklung komplexer Projekte mit fundiertem Verständnis der Schnittstellen zwischen allen Finanzbereichen
- Erfahrung mit der Arbeit und Strukturen in einem konsortialen Umfeld wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzwesen/Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse im Commercial-Bereich, im deutschen Preisrecht oder im Accounting sind wünschenswert
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office sowie SAP
- Proaktive, ziel- und kundenorientierte sowie strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsvermögen
- Analytische, flexible und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Arbeitsorganisation und Auffassungsgabe
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
