Über den Bereich:
Für die Abteilung „Industrial Architecture and Innovation“, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Fertigungs-/Fabrikplaner (w/m/d)" am Standort Ulm oder Oberkochen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planung und Projektierung neuer Produktionsstätten (Greenfield) sowie die fundierte Analyse und Umgestaltung bestehender Fabrikstrukturen (Brownfield) zur Effizienzsteigerung und Kapazitätserweiterung
- Analyse und Optimierung von Materialflüssen und Transportkonzepten sowie Entwicklung von Logistikstrukturen inkl. Bereitstellungskonzepten innerhalb der Fabrik
- Durchführung von Wertstromdesign Workshops (Soll-Konzept), um effiziente, flussorientierte Layouts zu erstellen
- Erstellung innovativer Fabriklayouts mittels 2D/3D-Planungstools zur Optimierung von Flächennutzung und Logistikwegen
- Entwicklung von Layoutstandards und Fabrikdesign Bausteinen sowie Identifikation und Aufbereitung von Best Practices aus Projekten und Werken
- Übersetzung von Architekturleitlinien und Referenzmodellen in konkrete Planungslösungen und fachliche Steuerung von Planungsdienstleistern
- Mitarbeit in CAPEX Projekten durch Erstellung von Flächenplanungen, Layoutvarianten und Bewertung von Konzeptalternativen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Industrial Engineering, den Werken und Projektteams
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5 Jahre), idealerweise in Fabrikplanung, Produktionsplanung oder Industrial Engineering
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Fabrik- und Layoutplanung, Materialflussgestaltung und Produktionsprozessen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Lean-Prinzipien und Erfahrung mit Greenfield und/oder Brownfield Projekten
- Erfahrung mit Layout- und Planungstools
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint
- Starkes räumliches und prozessuales Denkvermögen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld und hohe Affinität zur Veränderungsbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
