Über den Bereich:
Für die Abteilung „Industrial Architecture and Innovation“, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Experte Digitale Fabrik (w/m/d) mit dem Fokus Digitalisierung und IT/OT Systeme" am Standort Ulm oder Oberkochen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Architektur für die vernetzte Produktion (Industrial IoT) und Ableitung der Implementierungsroadmap
- Gestaltung von Systemlandschaften und Integrationskonzepten sowie Schnittstellen
- Weiterentwicklung der MES-Strategie inkl. Zielbild, Systemharmonisierung zwischen den Werken und Definition von Standardfunktionalitäten
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Bewertung von MES-Lösungen und weiteren IT/OT Systemen
- Verantwortung für die systematische Anbindung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Prüfmitteln an übergeordnete IT-Systeme (MES/ERP/Cloud).
- Evaluierung des Ist-Zustands bestehender Anlagen z.B. in Bezug auf Schnittstellen, Kommunikationsprotokolle (z.B. OPC UA, MQTT) und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Definition von Standards für die Datenübertragung, Sicherheit (Cybersecurity in der Produktion) und Datenkonsistenz innerhalb der Fertigungsumgebung.
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des industriellen Zielbilds und Bewertung neuer Technologien im Bereich von Industrial IoT, Cloud-/Edge-Architekturen und Digitalisierungslösungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, der Instandhaltung, der IT-Abteilung und externen Partnern zur Realisierung von Industrie 4.0 Projekten
- Unterstützung des Managements bei Investitionsentscheidungen für neue Fertigungstechnologien unter Berücksichtigung ihrer Digitalisierungsfähigkeit
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik, Produktionstechnik Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbares
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5 Jahre), idealerweise in Digitale Fabrik / Smart Factory, MES-Implementierung oder Beratung, IT/OT-Integration oder industrielle Digitalisierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Automatisierungstechnik (SPS-Programmierung, Sensorik, Aktorik) und Maschinenanbindung mit Protokollen und Standards (z. B. OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, Profinet/EtherCAT)
- Fundierte Expertise in Industrie 4.0 Konzepten und Digitalisierungslösungen
- Kenntnisse über die Kommunikation zwischen der Steuerungsebene und dem Manufacturing Execution System bzw. dem ERP-System (SAP)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS PowerPoint und Excel
- Ausgeprägtes strukturierendes und konzeptionelles Denken
- Fähigkeit, komplexe IT/OT Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld und hohe Affinität zur Veränderungsbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
