Für den Bereich "Electronic Warfare (EW)" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen „Angebots- und Projektmanager (w/m/d)“ am Standort Ulm.
Der Bereich Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems entwickelt hochmoderne luftgestützte Systeme für die elektronische Aufklärung und den elektronischen Angriff. Unsere Lösungen werden in militärische Luftfahrzeuge integriert und ermöglichen die Erkennung, Analyse und Störung elektromagnetischer Bedrohungen. Damit leisten sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Überlebensfähigkeit und Einsatzwirksamkeit moderner Luftfahrzeugplattformen. Als Angebots- und Projektmanager übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für komplexe Angebote und Kundenprojekte über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung komplexer Angebote für Systemlösungen unter Einbindung mehrerer Unterauftragnehmer und interner Fachbereiche
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung von Produkt- und Systemanforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit der Produktentwicklung
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Kundenprojekten hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Leistungsumfang
- Fachliche Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams in einer Matrixorganisation
- Proaktives Management von Risiken und Chancen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnern, Anwendern, Unterauftragnehmern und Lieferanten
- Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung von Business Cases und der Definition von Produkt-Roadmaps
- Mitarbeit an der programmweiten Gesamtstrategie
- Sicherstellung eines regelmäßigen Austauschs und der Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Projekten und Programmen
- Unterstützung vertrieblicher Aktivitäten, beispielsweise durch Kundendemonstrationen, Workshops und Präsentationen im In- und Ausland
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement großer und komplexer Projekte, PMI- Zertifizierung vorteilhaft
- Erfahrung im Management von Konsortial- und multinationalen Projekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Angebotserstellung sowie im Management von Unterauftragnehmern
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Motivation interdisziplinärer Teams
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Grundkenntnisse der Hochfrequenztechnik sind wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse des militärischen Beschaffungswesens sind von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
