Digital Paid Media Specialist, EMEA
About this role
💼 Essential Responsibilities:
- Setup, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads and other PPC platforms (such as Programmatic, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct daily performance monitoring of the EMEA PPC campaigns & necessary optimisations (including bid strategy, keyword & search term review, ad copy and asset testing, goal and objective, targeting, etc.).
- Drive EMEA Shopping Campaigns: manage existing campaigns (including optimisations, analysis, opportunities & trends), and drive Shopping expansion in existing and new markets. Assist in Feed health checks, updates & unlock opportunities with CSS.
- Perform regular account audits in EMEA accounts to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Analyse campaign data to extract insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for the region.
- Create copies and assets for the PPC campaigns in any language needed, with the support of AI tools.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team ensuring performance tracking of PPC Campaigns.
- Report regularly on key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.) and learnings/conclusions of the PPC campaigns, with a vision of scaling best practices in the region.
- Support the integration of automation tools and AI-driven optimisation techniques.
- Contribute to SEO and website performance discussions where PPC overlaps with broader digital strategy.
- Assist in the creation of HubSpot landing pages for PPC Campaigns, including SEO best practices, A/B testing and measurement.
🔍 Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an international or EMEA context. Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
- Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft (Bing Ads).
- Excellent understanding of PPC campaigns (types, channels, structures, strategies)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and understanding of tracking setup for conversions and audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with large-scale budgets and multi-country campaigns.
- Experience with landing page creation in HubSpot or similar platform.
- Proficiency in ad copy and asset creation for PPC campaigns.
- Knowledge of other digital channels (SEO, Social, Programmatic, Email).
- Google Ads Certification is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills – written and spoken fluency required. (other European languages is a plus)
- Agency experience is an advantage (although not a requirement)
