- Support initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience, employee engagement, and organizational culture across GBS Manila
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee programs, events, and communication campaigns to strengthen engagement and collaboration
- Contribute to business continuity, workplace safety, and resilience initiatives, helping ensure a secure and productive work environment
- Support workplace management and operational projects that drive efficiency, process improvement, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate operations and strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to diverse business functions
- Assist in preparing communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation to support key programs and objectives
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management or relevant courses
- Knowledge in MS Office software required; Experience in using Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and business functions
- Excellent organizational, project coordination, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, combined with creativity and an interest in employee engagement, communications, workplace operations, business resilience, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
