Kickstart your procurement career with a hands-on internship that offers real ownership and regional exposure. Working with stakeholders and suppliers across Asia-Pacific, you'll gain practical experience leading sourcing initiatives, driving value creation, and supporting business-critical projects. This is an opportunity to sharpen your analytical, negotiation, and project management skills while contributing to impactful procurement decisions in a global organization.What you´ll do
- Support Asia-Pacific Indirect Material and Services (IMS) sourcing activities, including but not limited to Capital Investments and Facility Management categories.
- You will have the opportunity to conduct tenders from-end-to-end. Screen the market, engage stakeholders and suppliers to steer sourcing projects (align requirement, project plan, negotiation strategy with bid analysis etc.) leading to cost reduction, value creation, optimal timeline/quality and risk mitigation.
- Ensure and support compliant source-to-pay process with clear documentation and in line with global/regional policies and sourcing tools
- Join us for an exciting internship from Jan 2027 to June 2027
What makes you a good fit
- Prior working or internship experience, preferably in sourcing, engineering or analytics-related roles, is an advantage
- Degree related to Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering or Sustainability preferably but not mandatory
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent and self-driven with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
- Mandarin language skills will be advantageous
- Strong project and time management skills
- Team player attitude
- Knowledge of purchasing and contract management practices would be advantageous
