Lead Application Engineer

What you´ll do

• Lead and execute global/regional SBU projects (e.g., ACE, Inno/ADP), providing adhesive product recommendations, customized applications, demonstrations, and customer troubleshooting support.
  
• Support adhesive dispensing processes and equipment, driving process optimization and technical solutions to improve customer operations.
  
• Conduct technical customer engagements, including meetings, audits, trials, demonstrations, and troubleshooting, with proper documentation and reporting.
  
• Manage and coordinate technical project activities, collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to accelerate development and achieve business priorities.
  
• Perform laboratory testing and evaluation of customer samples, communicate technical findings, and investigate quality issues or customer claims with relevant stakeholders.
  
• Deliver product application and technical training to customers and internal teams, while effectively communicating with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Innovation, and Application Engineering teams.
  
• Share technical knowledge, promote innovation and best practices across accounts, and ensure compliance with Henkel SHEQ standards and requirements. 
  

What makes you a good fit

• More than 5 years working experience, preferably with knowledge and experience in electronic industry, adhesives, circuit board protection, thermal management material and equipment dispensing
• Fluent in English communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills; Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills necessary
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Team player - Able to share knowledge, motivate and positively influence team members
• Knowledgeable in Power Point, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Statistical Analysis Software is preferred
