About this role

What you´ll do

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and line managers, translating business priorities into effective people and organizational actions.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and critical talent identification to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Drive key people processes including performance management, development planning, employee engagement, and leadership capability building.
  • Manage employee relations topics and provide HR guidance while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, internal policies, and Henkel HR standards.
  • Support the business in achieving Saudization objectives, developing local talent pipelines and ensuring alignment with relevant KSA nationalization requirements and initiatives.
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, transformation, and change-management initiatives while advising leaders on effective team structures and people decisions.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and regional HR teams, using HR data and insights to identify trends and drive effective people decisions.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with solid experience in an HR Business Partner or similar generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and local HR practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders.
  • Experience in a multinational, FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred; fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
