What you´ll do
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Labourer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality heat shrink sleeves used to support the infrastructure markets.
- This position requires a flexible schedule to accommodate a mandatory shift rotation including Days, Afternoons, and Midnights.
- Production Support: Assist in the operation of extrusion, expansion, and coating machinery used to manufacture heat shrink sleeves.
- Cutting & Packaging: Safely operate cutting tools and equipment to trim heat shrink sleeves to specified lengths. Package, label, and box finished products according to order requirements.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of finished sleeves for defects, correct dimensions, and proper adhesive application.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Clean machinery and sweep production floors daily to adhere to 5S/housekeeping standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with machine operators, quality inspectors, and warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
What makes you a good fit
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work a mandatory, continuous shift rotation of the following shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM
- Midnight Shift: 11:00PM-7:00AM
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment is preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift). Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage the physical and lifestyle demands of a rotating shift schedule (including midnight shifts).
- Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, basic math skills for measuring/counting, and the ability to read and understand English production orders.Some perks of joining Henkel

The salary for this role is $20.25. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
