- Elektromosan vezető vagy nem-vezető, egy- és kétkomponensű paszta és ragasztó keverés/Kiszerelés/T1N1 gyártás betanulási terv alapján A termék címkézése és csomagolása A követő adatlapok kitöltése és aláírása, gyártási paraméterek dokumentálása, eltérések rögzítése Munkautasításban meghatározott SHE és Minőségügyi szabályok betartása Napi, heti, havi takarítási tevékenység a munkaterületen (5S) fenntartása Eltérések esetén Minőségügyi, SHE osztály, Folyamatmérnök értesítése A beépülő anyagok ellenőrzése a gyártási megrendelés alapján Eszközök mosása, tisztítása - Kritikus, mert a hanyag módon eltakarított alkatrészekre ráköt a ragasztó Elkészült anyagok mozgatása Szigorúan előírt munkavédelmi szabályok betartása: Gyártási területen minden esetben az előírt teljes testet védő overall, gumikesztyű, munkavédelmi cipő és friss levegős légzőkészülék használata kötelező!
