Service Advisor Job Description:
Service Advisors are trained to help customers find the BEST solutions to their vehicle service needs. Day to day includes managing appointments, greeting customers, thoroughly inspecting vehicles, diagnosing problems, providing repair estimates, and delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service!
Location: Hendrick Honda (Bradenton, FL).
Schedule: Full Time, business hours 7:30am-7:00pm, closed on Sundays.
Pay Range: $45,000 - $100,000 per year (based on job performance).

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers in the service department and obtain customer and vehicle information.
Accurately document customer's vehicle information and concerns.
Explain services, repairs, and maintenance to customers in terms they can understand.
Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle condition specified by customer.
Provide accurate estimates on service and repair costs and turnaround times.
Manage and schedule service appointments for customers.
Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired in a timely fashion.
Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle.
Keep accurate records of vehicles serviced.
Assist with loading and unloading of customer vehicles.
Recommend products and services to customers.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Offer additional services and repairs to customers.
Maintain CSI at or above Company standards.
Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
Participate in required training.
Record all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrate the Company's Core Values.
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in automotive service.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, service, and repair.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Essential Skills:
Ability to explain technical issues and parts in layman's terms.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to upsell services and products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use dealership software programs for scheduling and billing.
Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
Ability to use a computer and other office equipment.
Ability to work in a safe and professional manner.
