The Residential Clinical Case Manager

Job purpose:

The Residential Clinical Case Manager provides provide high quality, trauma-informed case management, crisis intervention and supportive services to latency-age children (6y–12y) and adolescents (13y–18y) in a residential treatment program. This role is essential in coordinating care, supporting treatment goals, and fostering healing environments for youth impacted by trauma, behavioral health challenges, and family disruption.


Full Time

Schedule: 

Monday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. 

Tuesday and Wednesday 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Thursday and Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

 

The SHARP Residential Program is designed to support youth (ages 13-18) who identify with the LGBTQIA+ community. This specialty residential program supports youth who have experienced trauma, with moderate to severe mental health and behavioral health challenges and may be struggling with their personal identity.

The Cottage Residential program is an inclusive environment designed to support male clients (ages 6-13) regardless of how they identify, who have experienced trauma, with moderate to severe mental health and behavioral challenges.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (required).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children/adolescents in residential, behavioral health, or child welfare setting.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and child development.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment.
  • Requires evening and weekend availability. 
  • Requires excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Requires ability to write professional reports.
  • Requires good communication skills.
  • Requires the ability to work as part of a team in an alternative setting.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Requires interest and willingness to learn about evidence-based interventions.
  • Bilingual preferred.
