Overview

The Site Acquisition Intern will support the Site Acquisition team in administrative follow-up, documentation, tracker updates, stakeholder coordination and process compliance activities related to site acquisition, permitting, landlord documentation and broker follow-up, under the supervision of the Site Acquisition Coordinator.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support daily follow-up of Site Acquisition progress and update trackers accurately and on time.
  • Assist with reminders and follow-ups related to documentation reviews, pending signatures and missing information.
  • Prepare, consolidate and transmit Site Acquisition documents required for operational meetings, validations and submissions to public administration.
  • Maintain accurate digital filing and archiving of landlord references, contract references, Site Acquisition files and related documentation.
  • Support brokers, landlords, clients and internal departments with standard administrative requests and document transmission.
  • Flag documentation gaps, delayed feedback, stakeholder issues or compliance risks to the Site Acquisition Coordinator.
  • Maintain regular communication with the supervisor on progress, blockers and required support.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate, Management, Administration, Project Management or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience is not mandatory; exposure to administration, documentation, project coordination, real estate, legal support or stakeholder coordination would be an advantage.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good comprehension of French and English.
