What You'll Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to track procurement KPIs such as spending, compliance, supplier performance, and S2P cycle times.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through collaboration with IT and data owners.
Automate reporting processes and improve data availability and visualization capabilities.
Translate business needs into actionable insights and standardized reporting solutions.
Lead and manage multiple concurrent supplier onboarding projects on the SAP Ariba platform.
Initiate contact with suppliers, assess the best collaboration process within Ariba and be part of the implementation efforts
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams involving IT, suppliers and SAP Ariba consultants for integrating existing supplier web shops into Ariba
Support suppliers with preparing excel Ariba hosted catalogs
Support operations as well as suppliers with necessary training for moving to Ariba
Learn and implement basic SAP Ariba configurations
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a technical, economic, financial, business, or related field preferred.
Proven experience developing Tableau dashboards and data visualizations, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or process analysis.
Familiarity with SAP and SAP Ariba Buying, including procurement processes, source of supply, purchasing info records, MRP, and related workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex analysis, reporting, and data management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and business processes while adapting to changing priorities.
