What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good operating condition.
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain adherence to safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times.
- Assist with routine truck cleaning and minor maintenance activities.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill in navigating various job sites and adapting to changing conditions.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $25.80 - $26.85 per hour
