What You'll Be Doing
- Support daily plant operations to ensure safe and efficient production.
- Monitor equipment and processes, identifying and reporting operational issues.
- Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and basic maintenance activities.
- Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and production support tasks.
- Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

- Ability to operate effectively in a team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and capability to learn equipment, processes, and operating procedures.
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical work and adapt to changing operational priorities.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
