We are searching for an experienced Talent Development for Students and Corporate Relations Manager at our Jouy-en-Josas facility. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

Your Mission: Support, Connect, Activate

 

Within HEC Paris, the HEC Talents department is recruiting a Talent Development & Corporate Relations Manager.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Talents, you will play a key role at the interface between students and companies, with a dual mission:

·        Support students (Grande École & Masters) in building and implementing their professional project, ensuring it aligns with their aspirations, potential, values, and the realities of the job market.

·        Activate opportunities by creating strategic bridges with partner companies and the HEC alumni network.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

1. Student Coaching & Support

·        Provide individual coaching to students (Grande École & Masters) on:

o   Defining their professional project

o   Their job/internship search strategy

o   Their positioning and personal branding

·        Bring targeted sector expertise in:

o   Luxury & FMCG industries

o   Structured and regulated environments (including law)

·        Design and lead high-impact workshops (soft skills, career strategy, recruitment process preparation)

 

2. Corporate Relations & Market Insight

·        Develop and manage a portfolio of partner companies in France and internationally

·        Work closely with the HEC Alumni network to create concrete opportunities

·        Actively monitor market trends (recruitment, key skills, sector developments)

·        Co-create with employers:

o   Recruitment events

o   Conferences & panels

o   Innovative networking formats

 

3. Innovation & Career Offering Development

·        Contribute to the evolution of the career curriculum by adapting it to market needs and trends

·        Lead initiatives to enrich the student experience (new formats, new content, new tools)

·        Drive continuous improvement based on student and company feedback

Required Qualifications:

Your Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in recruitment, consulting, HR, marketing, or business development
  • Strong international exposure (experience abroad or in a global environment)
  • Excellent skills in:
    Communication & public speaking
    Influence & collaboration
  • Ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver with rigor
  • Analytical, curious, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in the luxury industry and/or regulated environments (law)
  • Experience in career coaching or counseling is a plus
  • Experience with job search strategies and career management tools is a plus
  • Experience or knowledge of higher education is a plus
  • Fluency in English is essential (additional languages are a plus)
