Responsibilities
- Perform Cardiac and Vascular radiographic examinations and assist with active interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab.
- Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic digital images as ordered by physicians; position and immobilize patients as required.
- Prepare and assist in specialized interventional procedures, including catheter-based studies, under physician supervision.
- Provide patient care and clear communication to support procedures, ensuring safety, sterility, and adherence to protocols.
- Mentor colleagues on technical skills and contribute to team training as needed.

Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: ARRT certification required; Radiologic Technologist license in the practicing state (CA) required; Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR from an approved vendor required.
- Special Certifications: Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) certification required; department-specific: Prevention and Management of Violent Behavior (PVMB) or TEAM/CPI required.
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field; experience as a Special Procedures Technologist preferred.
- Other: Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice setting; strong critical thinking and multitasking skills; ability to handle night shift and travel requirements.
