In the role of Real Estate Services Technician II, we'll count on you to: 
 
  • Perform mid-level technical services for right-of-way projects as required by the assignment, including project coordination
  • Order and review title, perform title curative duties, provide detailed property research, and prepare acquisition and document packages that are certification-ready
  • Coordinate closing/settlement/condemnation packages and document recordings
  • Input data, maintain tracking and parcel status database, and prepare client reports
  • Often work closely with agents and at the direction of a Project Manager
  • Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • AA degree or equivalent experience
  • Database and GIS familiarity

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with right-of-way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending
  • Specific industry regulatory knowledge a plus
  • Ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Industry experience is beneficial and highly organized work approach
