About this role
Requirements:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in requirements workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support testing activities, including test case definition and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose functional enhancements.
- Ensure requirements traceability and effective change management.
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Camunda, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, or similar).
