The Role

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue growth within the UK & Ireland territory through ongoing strategic development of new accounts and expansion within the existing customer portfolio. This will cover a wide range of industry verticals including automotive, aerospace, defence and energy. 

Responsibilities will include selling software engineering solutions across the range of the nCode brand durability, fatigue, test data analysis and data management software products and services including material testing services and the ReliaSoft brand reliability and maintainability products and services. 

This position is remote and will be reporting to the UK Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the UK.

  • Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities through various methods including networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing,

  • Work closely with the technical team to develop compelling product demonstrations and proposals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions from our product suites.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within CAE, Test data analysis, or Reliability engineering software or a related technical field.

  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Desirable Skills

  • An understanding of the principles of durability, fatigue or reliability engineering would be a significant advantage.

  • Knowledge or familiarity with nCode or ReliaSoft software. 

  • Experience selling into industries such as automotive, aerospace, defence, or energy.
