Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
- Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Manage initiatives such as:
- New product introductions and operational readiness
- Manufacturing site consolidation and optimization
- ERP system conversion and integration
- Enterprise simplification and process harmonization
- Inventory reduction and working capital improvement
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership Team Enablement & Coaching
- Train and mentor global operations team members on:
- Project charter creation and scope definition
- Prioritization techniques and portfolio management
- Project management methodologies and tools
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
- Build internal capabilities to scale project execution across the enterprise
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Capabilities/Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in coaching and developing cross-functional teams
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed #LI-LS1
