Position Summary
Supports strategic sourcing through supplier research, competitive bidding, commercial analysis, negotiations, and market intelligence. Focuses on supplier selection and commercial optimization before purchasing execution.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier market research and identify qualified suppliers.
- Prepare and manage RFQs and RFPs.
- Analyze supplier quotations and total cost of ownership.
- Develop bid evaluations and award recommendations.
- Support supplier qualification and preferred supplier programs.
- Assist with negotiation of pricing, rebates, terms and blanket agreements.
- Monitor commodity markets and supplier risks.
- Transition awarded suppliers to Purchasing for execution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years relevant experience.
- ERP/Procurement system experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
