Drafter-Designer

Design electrical drawings for panelboards, switchboards, switchgear, control panels, and temporary power systems while supporting engineering, fabrication, testing, and documentation.Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of electrical drafting/design experience.
- Proficient with AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical preferred).
- Able to interpret one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, panel layouts, and control diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, GA layouts, wiring schematics, and BOMs.
- Support engineering submittals and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineers and production.
- Apply NEC, UL 508A, UL 891, UL 67, and NEMA standards.
- Participate in QA/QC reviews and shop support.
