We're looking for a passionate Media Coordinator to join the team at Kaimera, part of the Havas Village in Richmond (Melbourne).
Ready to kick-start your career in media? In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, trafficking, optimisation and reporting of media campaigns across a range of clients and channels. You'll work closely with both our Client Services and Digital Performance teams, helping to coordinate campaigns, analyse performance, support client communications and uncover insights.

About the role
As a Media Coordinator you are the key support for your whole team. You ensure advertising campaigns, including digital campaigns, are implemented and performing to their full capacity.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Campaign Management and Optimisation
Material Instructions/Creative Specs
Campaign Trafficking (all platforms)
Reporting and Measurement
Competitive Analysis
General Agency Processes
You will work closely with your Executive/Manager to ensure all campaigns go to market as planned and delivery is in line with booked parameters. You'll gain broad exposure to our digital platforms. As a support role, you'll receive regular supervision and guidance. Your responsibilities will steadily increase as you gain experience and demonstrate your problem solving skills.
As a Media Coordinator, you will also assist on pitches or new business work, as necessary.
What are we looking for?
This is an entry level role, so the candidate must share Kaimera’s core values of Trust, Agility and Passion. They are not expected to have any industry experience but will be a talented graduate with relevant education and an enthusiasm for learning.
On top of this, it is paramount the candidate has strong numeracy and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful application must be able to work both, as part of a team and independently when the occasion requires. Proven experience and confidence using Excel and PowerPoint will be highly regarded.
