Job Description :

We’re looking for a Senior Lead – Copy with 6-8+ years of experience who can blend creative storytelling with strategic thinking and client leadership. This is a multi-faceted role that goes beyond writing — you’ll be the strategic partner to clients, the creative brain behind campaigns, and a collaborative leader within the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead copy development across 360° campaigns – digital, social, video, influencer, performance, and brand
• Own the strategic and creative direction of projects from brief to delivery • Partner closely with strategy, art, and client servicing teams to develop high-impact creative solutions
• Act as a client-facing creative lead, presenting ideas, taking feedback, and offering insights
• Mentor and manage a team of copywriters across levels, ensuring tone, quality, and brand voice alignment
• Translate business objectives into powerful messaging frameworks and storytelling formats
• Constantly stay updated with industry trends, culture, and platform innovations to enhance creative thinking

What We’re Looking For:

• 11+ years of experience in creative copywriting and content strategy, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong background in handling integrated brand campaigns across industries
• A natural storyteller who thinks both creatively and strategically
• Proven experience in client servicing, pitch development, and campaign ownership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to guide junior writers and collaborate across departments
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across platforms – social, digital films, branded content, and more

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in writing for tech, BFSI, lifestyle, or entertainment brands • Awards or recognition in creative forums
• Familiarity with SEO, performance-based content, and content marketing
