Join Harvey to own and lead the user experience across AI-native legal and professional services products—including Assistant, Vault, Workflows, and Microsoft Office add-ins. You'll be part of a sharp, motivated team building polished, enterprise-grade interfaces during a period of rapid growth and category definition.

What you'll do

  • Build new interfaces that enable lawyers and organizations to collaborate with AI.
  • Lead end-to-end UI features for Assistant, Vault, Workflows, Word/Outlook add-ins, and future products from scoping through launch and iteration.
  • Develop polished, high-performance React and TypeScript interfaces using TailwindCSS with crisp interactions, resilient state management, and strong error handling.
  • Architect reusable components and patterns and evolve Harvey's internal design system.
  • Optimize frontend performance at scale.
  • Partner closely with design and backend teams to shape APIs and user experiences for long-running jobs, streaming results, and tool-calling workflows.
  • Raise the bar on frontend reliability and security UX for enterprise and regulated environments.
  • Mentor peers through thoughtful code reviews and documentation while helping refine frontend standards and developer experience.

  • Demonstrated track record of building fast-growing SaaS products leveraging PWA technologies.
  • History of shipping highly intuitive products with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working at startups or scaleups, from early to late stage, is a plus.
