What you'll do
- Build retrieval systems that operate over petabyte-scale document collections.
- Develop organizational-level interfaces that enable seamless human-AI collaboration.
- Manage dedicated GPU capacity across 5+ global regions.
- Architect complex planning agents that support enterprise-scale operations.
- Deliver government-level security for sensitive legal matters.
- Evaluate LLMs across large taxonomies of tasks to optimize performance.
- Lead data collection and integration efforts spanning multiple jurisdictions.
What Harvey is looking for
- 5+ years of backend-focused software engineering experience on product-centric teams.
- Proven track record building and shipping fast-growing SaaS products.
- Experience architecting backend platforms that support multiple product lines.
- Strong CS fundamentals and sharp programming skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build intuitive, detail-oriented products.
- Comfort with early-stage startup environments and high-ownership roles.
- Experience working with large-scale data systems and infrastructure.
