What you'll do
- Develop and maintain scalable operational frameworks that enhance cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless product launches.
- Build systems to aggregate, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, generating actionable insights for the product roadmap.
- Oversee launch calendars to ensure timely and impactful product rollouts across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating inputs from stakeholders and ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Design and manage alpha testing programs to capture feedback and guide product refinement before broader release.
- Monitor and optimize operational workflows to preserve agility and scalability as the company grows.
What Harvey is looking for
- 4–6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable, cross-functional processes.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, innovative settings and is passionate about delivering customer value.
