Harvey is scaling its Mid Market sales team in Dallas and seeking a sales leader to own ambitious ARR targets while driving high-velocity growth. You'll lead a team of consultative Account Executives selling AI solutions to mid-sized and boutique law firms, while refining playbooks and building cross-functional processes. This is a high-impact opportunity to define the future of knowledge work at a pivotal moment for the company.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve ARR targets through net new logos and expansion deals.
- Own accurate revenue forecasting, pipeline maintenance, and reporting on your book of business.
- Coach and develop Account Executives to foster career growth within a high-performance culture.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring to scale the organization.
- Refine the Mid Market sales playbook to enable high-velocity, consultative customer engagements.
- Partner cross-functionally to build effective sales processes and solutions that meet client needs.
What Harvey is looking for
- 7+ years of tech sales experience with 2+ years managing and coaching a high-performance sales team.
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions through consultative, value-based methodologies.
- Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Genuine interest in the legal profession and a commitment to helping lawyers work more efficiently.
- Passion for Harvey's mission with a strong understanding of AI and its potential applications in knowledge work.
- Energy for mentoring Account Executives, refining sales processes, and cultivating a team-driven sales culture.
