Mid Market Account Executive, EMEA
Join Harvey's growing EMEA team to bring agentic AI solutions to mid-sized law firms and professional services organizations. You'll own the full sales cycle in a fast-scaling environment, helping shape the future of knowledge work alongside a sharp, mission-driven team.
What you'll do
- Own a named account list and cultivate inbound leads while prospecting high-potential targets across the EMEA region.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from initial prospecting and contracting through onboarding, expansion, and renewals.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and other key sales metrics.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, uncover their pain points, and align Harvey's solutions with their needs.
- Conduct high-velocity, tailored product demonstrations that showcase Harvey's AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape solutions and stay current on AI advancements.
- Develop and document the sales playbook, capturing learnings that enable scaling across accounts.
- Travel to customer offices and company locations as needed.
What Harvey is looking for
- Proven track record of selling complex software using consultative, solutions-oriented, and value-based methodologies.
- Ability to independently prospect and lead a full sales cycle from start to finish.
- Strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and consistent CRM hygiene.
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales with executive and end-user stakeholders, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Genuine passion for Harvey's mission and understanding of AI's potential in knowledge work; interest in legal workflows preferred.
- Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work across internal functions such as product and legal.
- Energy for contributing to team development, refining value propositions, and creating sales resources.
