Mid Market Account Executive, Dallas
You'll drive growth of Harvey's frontier AI solutions across legal and professional services markets. In this role, you'll own the full sales lifecycle for mid-sized law firms and corporate clients, building relationships that help reshape how knowledge work gets done. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a rapidly scaling team defining a new category in enterprise AI.
What you'll do
- Own a book of business across named accounts by cultivating inbound leads and prospecting outbound to high-potential targets.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from initial prospecting through contracting, onboarding, expansion, and renewals.
- Exceed revenue targets and key sales performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understand their pain points, and align Harvey's AI solutions to their needs.
- Lead tailored product evaluations, demonstrations, and presentations for prospects and clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and other internal teams to shape solutions and stay current on AI advancements.
- Develop and document the sales playbook to enable scaling across the organization.
What Harvey is looking for
- Demonstrated success selling complex software solutions using a consultative, value-based methodology.
- Ability to independently manage a full sales cycle, pipeline, and forecast while maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
- Experience leading multi-threaded deals with executive and day-to-day stakeholders, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Genuine passion for Harvey's mission and a strong understanding of AI's potential applications in knowledge work.
- Interest in the legal profession and helping lawyers work more efficiently.
- Collaborative team player who thrives on refining sales processes, value propositions, and team culture.
- Experience working in or adjacent to the legal industry is a plus.
