About this role
Mid Market Account Executive
At Harvey, we're transforming how legal and professional services operate through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade platforms. As a Mid Market Account Executive, you'll drive growth and success of our AI solutions within mid-sized law firms and corporate/financial services clients, helping reshape how critical knowledge work gets done.
What you'll do
- Own a named account list, managing the full customer lifecycle from prospecting and outbound outreach through contracting, onboarding, growth, and renewals.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by conducting high-velocity, tailored client evaluations and presenting AI solutions that streamline processes and boost productivity.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple functions, understanding their pain points and aligning Harvey's solutions with their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the power of Harvey's AI systems to prospects and clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to stay updated on AI advancements and shape solutions to meet client goals.
- Develop and refine our sales playbook, documenting learnings that enable scaling across accounts.
What Harvey is looking for
- Proven track record selling complex software solutions using consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based selling methodologies.
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to independently lead sales cycles from start to finish and manage pipeline forecasting with CRM discipline.
- Ability to lead multi-threaded sales with diverse stakeholders—from executives to end users—and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated passion for AI's potential in knowledge work and genuine interest in helping legal professionals work more efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across product, legal, and other internal functions.
- Experience in or adjacent to the legal industry is a plus but not required.
