Legal Innovation Partner
Harvey is seeking a Legal Innovation Partner to guide leading law firms and corporate legal teams through end-to-end AI transformation. In this strategic role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to innovation and knowledge leaders, represent Harvey within the legal innovation community, and help shape how the industry adopts agentic AI to reimagine professional services.
What you'll do
- Advise innovation and knowledge teams on designing and executing AI transformation strategies tailored to their organizations.
- Support innovation leaders in advancing firm and client collaboration at the frontier of legal AI.
- Contribute to initiatives that innovate on the business model and delivery of legal services.
- Build Legal AI thought leadership by representing the community in industry forums, conferences, and published insights.
- Foster a thriving innovation community through dialogue and collaboration across law firms, professional organizations, and corporate legal teams.
What Harvey is looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a legal innovation role at a top-tier law firm, corporate legal department, or legal technology organization.
- A clear perspective on AI transformation in law and demonstrated commitment to steering it responsibly.
- Executive presence and credibility with innovation leaders (CIOs, CKOs, CISOs) and the ability to translate between technical, legal, and business contexts.
- Proven track record of shaping product direction or service design informed by deep domain expertise.
- Exceptional communication skills across written thought leadership, public speaking, and executive advisory conversations.
