In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with Account Executives to demonstrate how AI transforms daily legal workflows while contributing a practitioner's perspective to shape our product roadmap and define a new category in professional services.
What you'll do
- Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate how Harvey's AI solutions address them.
- Establish credibility as an expert in solving legal problems across research, drafting, contract analysis, and due diligence.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations for law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams to validate value and showcase relevant features.
- Partner with marketing to develop content that resonates with lawyers across different practice areas and client types.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to guide product vision, troubleshoot use cases, and make the product more lawyer-friendly.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by synthesizing legal feedback to inform sales strategies and product priorities.
- Introduce new solutions tailored to specific customer needs and strengthen Harvey's reputation as a credible AI partner.
- Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
What Harvey is looking for
- At least 3 years of active legal practice experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong legal background with deep understanding of legal processes and day-to-day challenges faced by legal professionals.
- Executive engagement skills and proven ability to build credibility with key decision makers.
- Outstanding presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences in formal and impromptu settings.
- Genuine curiosity about AI's potential to transform the legal industry.
- Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is a plus, including direct management of client matters and relationships.
