Executive Recruiter

Harvey is scaling its senior leadership team during a period of rapid growth, and we're looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead this charge. In this highly visible role, you'll partner directly with founders, executives, and VPs to attract and hire exceptional leadership talent while shaping Harvey's executive recruiting strategy and processes.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches across functions and regions.
• Partner with founders and hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Deliver a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience for senior-level candidates.
• Collaborate with the Head of Executive Recruiting to align on priorities and execution.
• Manage relationships with external search firms when appropriate.
• Contribute to scalable processes, tools, and metrics for executive hiring.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to leadership to inform hiring decisions.

What Harvey is looking for

• 6–10+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally combining search firm and in-house recruiting.
• Proven success hiring senior leaders in high-growth, global, or technology-driven companies.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities with the ability to identify and engage hard-to-reach executive talent.
• Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies, and closing strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with C-level leaders.
• Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments and contributing to process improvement.
