What you'll do
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultative Enterprise Account Executives, fostering a culture of development and career growth.
- Own long-term strategy and day-to-day operations, holding accountability for revenue targets, accurate forecasting, and team scaling.
- Develop and refine the sales playbook, documenting learnings and best practices to enable repeatable, scalable processes.
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to build effective sales processes and solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales directly with prospective customers, translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholder audiences.
What Harvey is looking for
- 10+ years of technology sales experience with 5+ years of people management and team leadership.
- Proven track record training and coaching high-performance enterprise sales teams in early-stage, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients using consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in knowledge work, with genuine interest in the legal profession and improving how lawyers work.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to navigate ambiguity, operate with intensity, and solve complex problems with limited oversight.
