Harvey is entering a key inflection point in the DACH region and is looking for a founding Enterprise Account Executive to own commercial growth across Germany. You'll manage complex sales cycles within the legal and professional services sector, building the relationships and processes that define Harvey's presence in the market. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape a new category while working alongside a mission-driven team.
What you'll do
- Deliver against sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth and performance excellence.
- Own and grow a portfolio of named enterprise accounts across Germany, driving full-funnel sales from prospecting through commercial negotiation and onboarding.
- Map client pain points, organizational structures, and buying processes to tailor solutions that align with strategic outcomes.
- Lead high-impact product demos and client meetings that articulate Harvey's business value and technical capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, engineering, and GTM teams to inform the roadmap and surface client needs.
- Develop deep, long-term relationships with legal, innovation, and executive stakeholders across the region.
- Document learnings, iterate on messaging, and help build scalable processes to accelerate regional growth.
What Harvey is looking for
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably with exposure to AI, legaltech, or vertical software.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
- Genuine interest in the legal industry and commitment to enhancing knowledge work through technology.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales practices in the German region.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Valid German work rights (visa sponsorship is not available for this position).
