What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for named accounts, from prospecting and contracting through onboarding, launch, and user growth.
  • Exceed revenue targets while building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that showcase Harvey's AI capabilities to enterprise prospects.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions and stay current on AI advancements.
  • Shape and document the sales playbook to capture learnings and enable team-wide scaling.
  • Travel across the EMEA region to customer offices and company locations as needed.

What Harvey is looking for

  • Proven track record selling complex software to enterprise clients through consultative, value-based sales.
  • Experience leading multi-threaded sales cycles and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to independently manage deals from start to finish.
  • Passion for AI in knowledge work and genuine interest in helping legal professionals work more efficiently.
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal teams like product and legal to achieve shared goals.
  • Enthusiasm for refining sales processes, creating resources, and building a team-driven sales culture.
