As a Business Recruiter for EMEA at Harvey, you'll drive the expansion of go-to-market teams by owning full-cycle recruitment across enterprise sales and other GTM functions. This is a high-impact role on a fast-moving, mission-driven team, critical for scaling a category-defining AI company and directly shaping the talent behind Harvey's global momentum.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned with Harvey's growth goals.
- Proactively source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build candidate pipelines from scratch for challenging roles in enterprise sales and GTM functions.
- Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR teams while preparing recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Leverage recruitment data and metrics to recognize patterns, refine processes, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Implement inclusive recruitment practices to actively build a diverse workforce.

- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform and improve hiring strategies.
