As a key member of the talent team, you'll own full-cycle hiring across critical business functions, reporting directly to the Head of Business Recruiting. This is a high-impact opportunity to attract exceptional talent and build the foundation for a generational company during an exciting inflection point.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and execute efficient recruiting strategies for business teams.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other channels.
- Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring teams to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Manage a full slate of 10–12 concurrent requisitions while balancing competing priorities.
- Contribute to improving recruiting workflows, documentation, and processes across business functions.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow recruiters to ensure a streamlined, cohesive hiring process.
What Harvey is looking for
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record hiring for business-side roles such as GTM, G&A, or operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple open roles.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and a willingness to use data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Adaptability and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, or Google Workspace is a plus.
